Review tender requirements and ensure compliance. Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, and Business Development teams. Draft proposal content, company profiles, and client presentations. Support LinkedIn content, digital marketing campaigns and website updates.Contribute to strengthening company’s market presence through engaging content and strategic proposal management.Conduct market and client research to support business opportunities. Manage proposal timelines and submission deadlines. Maintain proposal templates and bid documentation. Track tender opportunities and submission status. Ensure accuracy, quality, and version control of all proposal documents. Support continuous improvement of proposal processes.
