• Follow up opportunities through the complete sales cycle and close business
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key decision-makers
• Arrange and attend client meetings, presentations and technical discussions
• Build and continuously develop a strong sales pipeline
• Collaborate with technical and project teams to deliver successful client outcomes
• Represent Plus Prime professionally in the UAE market🔑 What We’re Looking For
• Degree in Civil, Chemical or Construction Engineering
• 3–5 years of proven UAE experience in business development/sales
• Experience in construction chemicals, concrete repair, structural strengthening, refurbishment or construction systems
• Strong understanding of technical products and systems and the ability to communicate their value to clients and consultants
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Confident and professional client-facing personality
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and closing skills
• Energetic, proactive and highly organized
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of results
