The company is known for its dedication to service quality and strong customer satisfaction.Role Description The Business Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The consultant will advise clients on optimal business structures, licensing options, and regulatory requirements for setting up companies in Free Zone and Mainland jurisdictions. Daily responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, preparing business setup plans, coordinating with government and regulatory authorities, and supporting clients through documentation and PRO processes. The role involves analyzing market conditions, providing tailored consulting solutions, and presenting clear recommendations to clients. The consultant will also collaborate with internal teams, monitor project timelines, and maintain accurate records to ensure a smooth and efficient setup experience for each client.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, evaluate business structures, and interpret regulatory requirements.Demonstrated expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting, preferably in business setup or corporate advisory services.Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.Foundational knowledge of Finance to support basic business planning, cost analysis, and feasibility assessments.Experience with UAE business setup processes, including Free Zone and Mainland regulations, is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications in consulting or project management are a plus.Proven ability to manage multiple client projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to providing a positive client experience.
