Business Setup Advisor

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as a Business Setup Advisor. This role is ideal for freshers looking to kickstart their career in sales and business consultancy within the UAE market.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote business setup services in the UAEExplain company formation processes, licensing, and related services to prospective clientsGenerate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunitiesMaintain and update client databases (CRM) with accurate informationFollow up with leads via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to nurture relationshipsAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/call targetsCoordinate with internal teams (PRO, documentation) to ensure smooth client onboardingProvide excellent customer service and resolve client queries professionally.Requirements:Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–1 year of experience (Telesales/Sales experience is a plus)Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic/Hindi is an advantage)Confident, persuasive, and target-driven attitudeBasic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)Ability to work well under pressure and meet targetsPositive attitude and willingness to learnWhat We Offer:Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 per monthAttractive incentive/commission structureTraining provided for freshersCareer growth opportunitiesHow to Apply:Interested candidates can send their CV to jayarisingminds@gmail.com
