Team members work in a dynamic setting that values practical solutions and client-focused service.Role Description The Business Setup Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. The Advisor will guide clients through the end-to-end process of company formation, including assessing business requirements, recommending appropriate legal structures, and coordinating with relevant authorities. Daily responsibilities include advising on licensing options, advising client, preparing and reviewing documentation, tracking application progress, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. The role also involves managing client queries, explaining costs and timelines clearly, and collaborating with internal teams such as PRO and finance to deliver efficient, accurate services. The Advisor will maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE business laws and government procedures to provide timely, reliable advice.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, interpret regulations, and compare setup options.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in UAE business setup.Experience in Consulting or Management Consulting, preferably in business setup, corporate services, or related fields.Familiarity with UAE business regulations, licensing authorities, and free zone and mainland company formation processes.Proven client service mindset, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and handle multiple cases simultaneously.
