The advisor will guide clients through the process of establishing businesses in Dubai, including selecting appropriate legal structures, preparing required documentation, and coordinating with relevant government and free zone authorities. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their business objectives, providing tailored setup and compliance solutions, and explaining licensing, visa, and regulatory requirements. The role also involves conducting market and regulatory research, preparing clear proposals and presentations, tracking application progress, and maintaining accurate records. The advisor will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution, deliver high-quality client service, and support continuous improvement of business setup processes.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, evaluate business structures, and interpret regulatory and market information.Proficiency in Consulting and Management Consulting to provide strategic guidance on business setup, operational models, and risk considerations.Excellent Communication skills for client-facing interactions, presentations, negotiation, and clear documentation.Foundational knowledge of Finance to explain cost structures, investment implications, and basic financial considerations of business setup.Experience in business setup, company formation, or advisory services in Dubai or the wider UAE is highly beneficial.Familiarity with UAE commercial, free zone, and mainland regulations, licensing processes, and visa procedures is an advantage.Ability to work independently, manage multiple client engagements, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, Economics, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.High level of professionalism, client-service orientation, and ethical conduct, with strong attention to detail and organization.
