🚨 We’re Hiring: Business Setup Consultant | Dubai, UAEWe are looking for motivated and client-focused Business Setup Consultants to join our growing team in Dubai.Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.About the RoleAs a Business Setup Consultant, you will work with entrepreneurs, investors, HNIs, and international clients looking to establish and expand their businesses in the UAE.For experienced candidates, this role involves strategic advisory across Mainland, Freezone, and DIFC structures, including corporate and family wealth structuring.Key ResponsibilitiesAdvise clients on UAE business setup options, including Mainland, Freezones, and DIFC.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable jurisdictions, business activities, and ownership structures.Guide clients through company formation, licensing, regulatory requirements, and documentation.Support clients with corporate banking, KYC/AML requirements, tax, and compliance coordination.Manage the end-to-end company formation process with internal teams including PRO, compliance, banking, and tax.Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, HNIs, and international clients.Generate business through consultative selling and achieve sales targets.Identify opportunities for additional services such as accounting, tax, audit, banking, and office solutions.For Experienced CandidatesCandidates with 2–3+ years of UAE business setup consultancy experience will be preferred.Strong knowledge of:UAE Mainland & Freezone company formationDIFC structures and regulationsBusiness activities and licensing requirementsUAE Corporate Tax and complianceHNI and international client managementCross-border business structuringFor FreshersFreshers are encouraged to apply.We are looking for candidates with:Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong interest in sales and business consultingConfident and professional personalityWillingness to learn the UAE business setup industryTarget-oriented and positive attitudeLanguage SkillsArabic and/or French is an advantage.
