🚨 WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS SETUP ADVISOR – SALES & ADVISORY📍 Location: Dubai, UAE | On-site💼 Employment Type: Full-Time💰 Fixed Salary: AED 6,000 – 9,000 per month, depending on experience🎯 Incentives: Performance-basedAbout ACE PatronsACE Patrons is a boutique corporate services firm helping entrepreneurs, SMEs, and global investors establish and grow their businesses in the UAE.Our services extend beyond company incorporation to include banking assistance, visa services, accounting, taxation, corporate compliance, and ongoing business advisory.We focus on building long-term client relationships through practical, transparent and compliant business solutions.About the RoleWe are looking for a Business Setup Advisor – Sales & Advisory who combines strong sales ability with a consultative approach.You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, recommending suitable UAE business setup solutions, managing the sales cycle and converting enquiries into long-term clients.Key Responsibilities

• Generate business through inbound leads, referrals, networking and self-generated opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable UAE business setup solutions.
• Advise clients on Mainland and Free Zone company formation, licensing, visas, banking and related services.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and cost comparisons.
• Manage follow-ups and the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth client onboarding and execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines and forecasts.
• Represent ACE Patrons at networking events, exhibitions and business forums.
• Develop referral and strategic partnerships with relevant professionals and businesses.What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of experience in sales, business consulting or corporate services.
• UAE business setup experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-oriented with a proven ability to close deals.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
