Business Setup & Immigration Executive

Full job descriptionWe are looking for a Business Setup & Immigration Executive to manage client applications, documentation, visa processing, business setup, licensing, and coordination with UAE Free Zones and relevant authorities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end business setup and company formation applications, including document preparation, submission, follow-up, approval, and completion.Process and monitor UAE visa, immigration, employee quota, and related applications, ensuring accurate and timely submission of all required documents.Prepare, review, and verify client and supporting documentation, including application forms, employment contracts, business plans, declarations, and other authority-required documents.Submit and track applications through UAE authority/Free Zone portals, following up on pending cases, additional requirements, approvals, and delays.Maintain professional client communication and regular case follow-ups, providing updates, clarifying requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring cases are completed within defined timelines.Maintain accurate case records, trackers, and reports, while coordinating with Sales, Finance, PRO, Customer Service, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth onboarding and case completion.RequirementsMaster’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.1–3 years of relevant experience in visa processing, immigration, travel consultancy, education consultancy, business setup, corporate services, PRO services, or documentation processing.Experience with UAE visas, company formation, trade licenses, Free Zone applications, or UAE authority portals is highly preferred.Strong documentation and application-processing skills.Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
