Business Setup Consultant

We are looking for a highly experienced Business Setup Consultant who understands the UAE’s business landscape inside-out — from Mainland and Freezone structures to DIFC holding companies and family wealth structuring.This role is not just about processing licenses — it’s about advising clients strategically, helping them choose the right jurisdiction, structure, and setup that aligns with their long-term business and tax goals.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory & Consultation Act as a trusted advisor for entrepreneurs, investors, and corporates entering the UAE marketRecommend the right jurisdiction: Mainland vs Freezone vs DIFCGuide clients on business activities, ownership structures, and regulatory requirementsJurisdiction Expertise In-depth understanding of:UAE Mainland company formationMajor Freezones (IFZA, DMCC, Meydan, etc.)DIFC structures including:Holding companiesFamily officesPrescribed companiesAdvise on cross-border structuring and international expansionBusiness Activity Mapping Identify and align client business activities with the correct licensing authoritiesEnsure compliance with UAE regulations and permitted activitiesDIFC & Family Structuring Set up and manage DIFC holding structuresGuide HNIs on family wealth structuring, asset protection, and succession planningCoordinate with legal and compliance teams for complex structuresEnd-to-End Setup Management Oversee the complete company formation lifecycleCoordinate with internal teams (PRO, compliance, banking, tax)Ensure smooth documentation, approvals, and licensingBanking & Compliance Support Assist clients with corporate bank account openingEnsure KYC/AML compliance and due diligence readinessSales & Revenue Contribution Convert qualified leads into clients through consultative sellingUpsell additional services (accounting, tax, audit, office solutions)Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in UAE business setup consultancyStrong knowledge of:UAE Mainland & Freezone licensingDIFC company structures & regulationsBusiness activities and regulatory approvalsExperience dealing with HNI clients and international investorsStrong understanding of:UAE Corporate TaxCompliance and regulatory frameworksProficiency in Arabic and/or French is an advantage.Key CompetenciesStrategic thinking (not just operational execution)Strong communication & presentation skillsProblem-solving mindset for complex structuresHigh attention to detail in compliance and documentationAbility to handle pressure and multiple clients simultaneouslyWhy Join UsWork with a fast-growing consultancy in Dubai’s competitive marketExposure to high-value international clients and complex structuresOpportunity to position yourself as a thought leader in UAE business setup advisoryPerformance-driven incentives and growth opportunities
