We're growing our Dubai-based sales team and looking for a Business setup Consultant to own the full sales cycle for UAE and Saudi company formation, licensing, and expansion mandates — working inside a structured, CRM-tracked pipeline with a dedicated pre-sales team feeding your book.Key Responsibilities:🔹Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from a qualified lead through discovery, proposal, negotiation, and close, inside Absher's defined pipeline stages.🔹Build and convert a dual-market pipeline of founders, investors, and corporates seeking UAE and/or KSA company formation and expansion services.🔹Run structured discovery calls to diagnose a client's real objective (jurisdiction fit, activity licensing, visa strategy) and translate it into a tailored proposal.🔹Negotiate and close using informed, value-based positioning against competitors and free-zone-direct offers, rather than defaulting to price discounting.🔹Keep pipeline data accurate and current in the CRM (deal stage, revenue, lost reason) — this drives forecasting, coaching, and your own commission.🔹Work closely with the pre-sales team and operations to ensure a clean handoff from signed contract into service delivery.🔹Hit individual monthly revenue targets — the figure that determines your commission tier each month.Requirements:✅ 2+ Years of Proven experience in sales, preferably in the business setup, corporate services, or consulting sector.✅ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.✅ Comfortable working inside a defined CRM pipeline with clear stage definitions and reporting cadence.✅ Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve targets.✅ Fluency in English, and Arabic.✅ Based in Dubai, UAE or willing to relocate.What We Offer:✨ Base salary plus an uncapped, tiered commission structure — your payout percentage increases as your monthly revenue crosses each tier threshold.✨ Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing industry.✨ Supportive team environment with ongoing training and mentorship.
