Manhattan Management Consultancy is looking for a motivated Business Setup Consultant to join our team in Dubai.We’re looking for someone with a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and convert conversations into successful deals.Salary range: AED 3,500 - AED 5,000Key Responsibilities:• Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements• Present suitable business setup solutions based on client needs• Follow up consistently and maintain strong client relationships• Handle sales discussions, negotiations, and objections professionally• Convert qualified leads into successful business setup clients• Maintain accurate lead and sales records in the CRM• Work towards individual and team sales targetsWhat We’re Looking For:• Previous experience in sales, telesales, customer service, or client-facing roles• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills• Confidence in speaking with clients and handling sales conversations• A proactive, target-oriented approach• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions• Strong negotiation and closing skillsIf you’re confident in communicating with clients, building trust, generating sales, and closing deals, we’d like to hear from you.📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Position: Business Setup Consultant
