Serving more than 5,000 clients across over 108 countries, RadiantBiz focuses on seamless business launches, brand visibility, and revenue growth, treating each client’s business as a long-term partnership.Role Description The Business Setup Consultant will work full time on-site at the Dubai office, advising clients on establishing and expanding businesses in the UAE. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing client business needs, developing tailored setup and banking strategies, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and guiding clients through licensing, documentation, and regulatory requirements. The consultant will prepare proposals, financial and compliance summaries, and presentation materials, while ensuring a smooth process for services such as banking, PRO and visa support, and commercial financing. The role involves regular client meetings, maintaining accurate records, monitoring timelines, and contributing to continuous improvement of consulting processes and service offerings.QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, market data, and financial information.Proficiency in Consulting and Management Consulting to design tailored business setup strategies and solutions.Excellent Communication skills for client interaction, stakeholder coordination, and clear documentation.Foundational knowledge of Finance, banking products, and trade finance relevant to UAE business environments.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or certifications in consulting or finance are an advantage.Experience in business setup, corporate services, or management consulting, preferably with exposure to UAE or GCC markets.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple client engagements, and meet deadlines.High level of professional integrity, client service orientation, and willingness to learn regulatory and compliance frameworks.
