RadiantBiz prioritizes client success, treating each business as a partner and aligning its growth with the client’s long-term vision.Role Description The Business Setup Consultant will provide end-to-end advisory and support for clients establishing and expanding businesses in Dubai and across the UAE. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates involves guiding clients through legal, regulatory, and banking requirements, including company formation, license applications, and documentation. The consultant will conduct needs assessments, develop tailored business setup strategies, coordinate with government entities and banks, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, managing client communication, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions in areas such as banking, tax, and compliance. The role also involves staying updated on local regulations and market trends to provide informed, proactive advice and support sustainable business growth.Qualifications Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret financial and regulatory information and translate it into practical recommendations.Experience in consulting or management consulting, ideally in business setup, corporate services, or related professional advisory fields.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly and build trust with clients from diverse backgrounds.Foundational understanding of finance, banking processes, and corporate structures within the UAE or similar jurisdictions.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field; advanced certifications in consulting, compliance, or project management are an advantage.Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements, prioritize tasks, and deliver within agreed timelines.Familiarity with UAE business regulations, free zone and mainland company setup processes, and government portals is highly beneficial.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, with strong documentation and reporting skills.Demonstrated client-centric mindset, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work effectively in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
