RadiantBiz works as a dedicated partner, treating each client’s business as its own and prioritizing long-term growth and customer satisfaction.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Setup Consultant role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Setup Consultant will guide clients through the complete process of establishing and structuring companies in the UAE, including selecting appropriate legal forms, jurisdictions, and licensing options. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with government authorities, banks, and other stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role also involves advising clients on banking solutions, basic financial and regulatory requirements, and supporting related services such as PRO, visa, and corporate support. The consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth, timely, and professional setup experience while maintaining strong, trust-based client relationships.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, evaluate setup options, and interpret regulatory and market information.Proficiency in consulting and management consulting, with experience providing strategic business setup advice and practical implementation support.Excellent communication skills, including clear client-facing communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.Working knowledge of finance, banking processes, and basic corporate financial concepts relevant to business setup in the UAE.Experience in UAE company formation, free zone and mainland regulations, or similar regional business setup environments is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; professional certifications in consulting or finance are an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple client projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.High level of professionalism, client service orientation, and cultural awareness when working with international clients.
