The consultant will guide clients through end-to-end business setup processes, including licensing, documentation, regulatory compliance, and coordination with government and banking partners. Daily tasks include assessing client needs, preparing tailored setup and expansion strategies, managing timelines, and ensuring a smooth launch of businesses in the UAE. The role involves conducting feasibility analyses, advising on appropriate legal structures and jurisdictions, and supporting clients in accessing banking, tax, and compliance services. The consultant will also maintain strong client relationships, provide ongoing advisory support, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to evaluate business requirements, market conditions, and financial implications.Candidates should possess Consulting and Management Consulting skills to design tailored strategies and advise clients on optimal business setup and growth options.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and authorities, and to prepare clear reports and proposals.Candidates should possess Finance-related skills to understand banking products, transaction banking, trade finance, and basic financial analysis.Relevant experience in business setup, corporate services, or management consulting in the UAE market is highly beneficial.Knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, free zones, and mainland company structures is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications in consulting or finance are an advantage.Strong client-service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
