We are seeking a Business Setup Specialist to advise clients on company formation and corporate structuring. The role involves managing end-to-end business setup solutions, including mainland, free zone, and offshore company formations, while ensuring compliance with local regulations and delivering a seamless client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advisory & Business SetupAdvise clients on local company formation options (mainland, free zone, offshore) based on business activity and objectivesRecommend optimal legal structures, licensing categories, and jurisdictionsExplain regulatory requirements, timelines, and costs clearly to clientsCompany Formation & LicensingManage end-to-end company incorporation processesCoordinate trade name reservation, initial approvals, MOA, and license issuanceLiaise with Govt Authorities, Free Zones, Chamber of Commerce, and other authoritiesVisa & Immigration CoordinationCoordinate investor, employment, and family visas in collaboration with PRO/government liaison teamsGuide clients on visa quotas, eligibility, and timelinesClient Relationship ManagementAct as the primary point of contact throughout the setup journeyProvide regular updates and ensure timely resolution of client queriesUpsell and cross-sell related services such as visas, renewals, and amendmentsCompliance & DocumentationEnsure all documentation meets legal and regulatory standardsMaintain accurate client records and ensure timely renewals of licenses and visasStay updated on local regulations, free zone rules, and business lawsPost-Setup ServicesAssist with bank account opening documentationSupport license renewals, amendments, partner changes, and branch setupsCoordinate office space solutions and lease registrations where requiredRequirements1–3 years of experience in business setup / company formation in the regionStrong knowledge of mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictionsExperience dealing with Govt authorities , Free Zones, and government authoritiesUnderstanding of local visa processes and compliance requirements
