The culture is client-centric, treating each business as a partner and aligning success with the client’s long-term growth.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Setup Consultant – French Speaker role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves advising French-speaking entrepreneurs and companies on business setup options in the UAE, including legal structures, licensing requirements, and regulatory processes. The consultant will coordinate end-to-end setup activities such as documentation, government approvals, banking introductions, and liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, preparing tailored proposals, explaining costs and timelines, and ensuring a smooth, transparent client experience. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UAE business and banking regulations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and client service standards.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret client requirements, assess market and regulatory information, and develop effective business setup solutions.Candidates should possess Consulting and Management Consulting skills to provide structured advice, manage client engagements, and deliver holistic strategies for business setup and expansion in the UAE.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including fluent French and strong English, to clearly explain complex information, prepare documentation, and build long-term client relationships.Candidates should possess Finance awareness to discuss banking options, basic financial requirements, and coordinate with banking partners and internal finance teams.Relevant experience in business setup, corporate services, or professional services within the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field is preferred.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client projects in a fast-paced environment are expected.Familiarity with UAE free zones, mainland company frameworks, and government processes (e.g., PRO and visa services) is an advantage.
