RadiantBiz emphasizes client-centric service, treating each business as a long-term partner and prioritizing exceptional customer experience.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Setup Consultant role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a fluent French speaker. The consultant will guide clients through the end-to-end process of setting up businesses in the UAE, including advising on legal structures, licensing requirements, and regulatory procedures. Daily responsibilities include conducting client consultations, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with government and free zone authorities, and ensuring timely completion of setup and visa processes. The role involves explaining banking, transaction, and trade finance options, assisting with account opening, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions. The consultant will also support clients in understanding tax, compliance, and operational considerations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to continuous improvement of service offerings.Qualifications Strong consulting and management consulting skills to advise clients on business structures, market entry strategies, and growth plans.Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs, interpret regulations, and recommend effective, compliant solutions.Solid communication skills, including professional fluency in French and English, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.Foundational knowledge of finance to discuss banking options, transaction banking, trade finance, and basic corporate financial considerations.Experience in business setup, corporate services, or management consultancy in the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field; relevant certifications in consulting or compliance are an advantage.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Comfort working with multicultural clients and stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and customer-first orientation.
