With more than 5,000 clients across 108 countries, the team focuses on seamless setup experiences, strategic partnerships, and brand growth, treating each client’s business as a long-term partnership.Role Description The Business Setup Consultant – KSA will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire process of establishing and expanding their businesses related to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, while being based on-site in our Saudi office. This full-time role involves advising clients on legal and regulatory requirements, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with government and regulatory authorities, and ensuring timely completion of company formation and licensing activities. The consultant will analyze client needs, recommend suitable business structures and jurisdictions, and collaborate with internal teams for banking, tax, and compliance support. Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, market and regulatory research, proposal preparation, status reporting, and maintaining accurate records of all engagements to ensure a smooth and efficient setup experience. The role also includes building long-term client relationships and contributing insights to improve internal processes and service offerings.QualificationsStrong analytical skills to assess client requirements, market conditions, and regulatory frameworks.Proficiency in consulting and management consulting to design tailored business setup strategies and solutions.Excellent communication skills for client interaction, stakeholder coordination, and clear documentation.Solid understanding of finance to support banking, transaction services, and basic financial implications of business structures.Experience with KSA or GCC business regulations, company formation, and compliance processes is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field; relevant certifications in consulting or project management are a plus.Proven ability to manage multiple client projects, work collaboratively in a diverse team, and deliver within tight timelines.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills and prior experience in a consultancy or corporate services environment are advantageous.
