RadiantBiz maintains a client-centric culture where long-term success and trust are central to every engagement.Role Description The Business Setup Consultant – Russian Speaker will support clients in establishing and growing their businesses in Dubai and across the UAE. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, involves advising Russian-speaking clients on company formation options, licensing requirements, regulatory compliance, and banking solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with government authorities and banks, and guiding clients through PRO and visa processes. The consultant will analyze business needs, develop tailored strategies for market entry and expansion, and ensure clients receive clear, timely communication throughout the setup journey. The role also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UAE business regulations, financial products, and RadiantBiz services to provide accurate, high-quality advice.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong analytical skills to assess client requirements, evaluate market conditions, and create effective business setup strategies.Candidates should possess consulting and management consulting skills to deliver structured advice, manage complex engagements, and support end-to-end business setup processes.Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including fluent Russian and strong English, to interact clearly with clients and stakeholders and prepare professional documentation.Candidates should possess finance-related skills to understand banking products, transaction banking, trade finance, and basic corporate finance concepts relevant to business setup.Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field are beneficial.Experience in UAE company formation, government regulations, or professional services consulting is highly advantageous.Strong client service orientation, cultural awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a diverse, fast-paced environment are preferred.Proficiency with standard office software and basic CRM tools, along with solid organizational and time-management abilities, is beneficial.
