The organization treats client businesses as strategic partners, prioritizing customer success and long-term relationships.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Setup Consultant – Russian Speaker role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The consultant will guide Russian-speaking clients through the entire business setup process in the UAE, including company formation, licensing, regulatory requirements, and banking support. Daily activities include conducting consultations, assessing client needs, preparing proposals, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. The role involves advising clients on suitable jurisdictions, legal structures, and financial solutions, while maintaining detailed records of client interactions and progress. The consultant will also support ongoing client relationship management, contribute to process improvements, and represent RadiantBiz professionally in meetings and networking events.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong analytical skills to assess client requirements, evaluate market options, and propose suitable business structures.Candidates should possess consulting and management consulting skills to deliver tailored business setup advice and strategic growth solutions.Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, including fluent Russian and strong English, to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.Candidates should possess finance-related skills to understand banking products, transaction banking, trade finance, and basic corporate financial concepts.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in consulting or finance are an advantage.Proven experience in business setup, corporate services, or management consulting in the UAE or GCC region is preferred.Strong knowledge of UAE business regulations, free zones, onshore/offshore company structures, and banking procedures is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple client projects, maintain confidentiality, and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
