RadiantBiz positions itself as a partner in its clients’ success, prioritizing customer experience and long-term business relationships.Role Description The Business Setup Consultant – Russian Speaker will support clients in establishing and expanding their businesses in Dubai and across the UAE. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves guiding Russian-speaking clients through company formation processes, regulatory requirements, licensing options, and banking setup. Daily responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with government and regulatory authorities, and liaising with banks and other strategic partners. The consultant will provide clear, professional advice on business structures, compliance, and available financial services, while ensuring a smooth client experience from initial inquiry to successful business launch. The role also includes maintaining accurate client records, contributing to internal process improvements, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver holistic consulting solutions.Qualifications Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, evaluate business options, and interpret regulatory and financial information.Demonstrated consulting and management consulting experience, ideally within business setup, corporate services, or professional advisory environments.Excellent communication skills, with fluent Russian and strong English; ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.Foundational understanding of finance, banking products, and corporate financial requirements relevant to business setup in the UAE.Proven client service mindset, with the ability to build trust-based relationships and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.Knowledge of UAE business regulations, company formation procedures, and visa/PRO processes is highly preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with standard office and CRM software.
