RadiantBiz is committed to delivering excellent client experiences and treating each client’s business as a priority.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Business Setup Consultant – Russian Speaker. The consultant will advise Russian-speaking clients on company formation options, licensing requirements, and regulatory compliance for setting up businesses in the UAE. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, preparing and reviewing documentation, coordinating with government authorities and banks, and guiding clients through PRO, visa, and related processes. The role involves analyzing client needs, developing customized business setup and banking solutions, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress. The consultant will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience, support ongoing relationship management, and contribute to business development initiatives targeting Russian-speaking markets.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, evaluate setup options, and interpret regulatory and financial information.Expertise in Consulting and Management Consulting to design tailored business setup strategies and guide clients through decision-making.Excellent Communication skills, including fluent Russian and proficient English, for clear client interactions and professional documentation.Foundational knowledge in Finance to discuss banking solutions, transaction banking, and trade finance services with clients.Experience in business setup, corporate services, or UAE company formation is highly beneficial.Familiarity with UAE regulations, free zones, mainland setup processes, and PRO/visa procedures is preferred.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple client projects, and maintain high standards of client service.Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Finance, Economics, or related field) or equivalent professional experience.
