RadiantBiz emphasizes client-centric service, treating each business as a partner and prioritizing customized solutions tailored to individual needs.Role Description The Business Setup Consultant – Spanish Speaker is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The consultant will guide Spanish-speaking clients through the end-to-end process of setting up businesses in the UAE, including licensing, documentation, regulatory requirements, and coordination with government authorities and free zones. Daily responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, advising on optimal company structures, preparing and reviewing applications, and liaising with internal teams and external partners such as banks and service providers. The role involves explaining UAE market dynamics, banking options, and compliance requirements in clear Spanish and English, while ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience. The consultant will also maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow up on client queries, and contribute to process improvements and client acquisition initiatives.Qualifications Strong consulting and management consulting skills to advise clients on optimal business structures, strategies, and setup processes.Solid analytical skills for assessing client needs, evaluating market and regulatory conditions, and proposing tailored solutions.Excellent communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English, and the ability to explain complex procedures clearly to diverse clients.Understanding of finance, including banking products, transaction banking, and basic corporate finance concepts relevant to business setup.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.Previous experience in business setup, corporate services, banking, or management consulting in the UAE or GCC region is highly beneficial.Strong client service mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools, and readiness to work on-site in Dubai with multicultural teams and international clients.
