RadiantBiz continues to grow rapidly, serving over 5,000 clients with customized solutions tailored to diverse business needs.Role Description The Business Setup Consultant – Spanish Speaker will support clients in establishing and expanding their businesses in Dubai and across the UAE. This full-time, on-site role, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, involves guiding Spanish-speaking clients through company formation processes, licensing requirements, regulatory compliance, and banking setup. The consultant will conduct needs assessments, prepare and review documentation, coordinate with government authorities and banking partners, and provide ongoing advisory support on business structures and market entry strategies. Daily responsibilities include managing client portfolios, following up on applications, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver a smooth and efficient setup experience. The role also requires building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services, and contributing to RadiantBiz’s reputation for high-quality, client-centered consulting.Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to assess business needs, evaluate options, and recommend suitable setup and banking solutions.Proficiency in Consulting and Management Consulting to advise clients on company structures, regulatory requirements, and market entry strategies.Excellent Communication skills, including fluent Spanish and strong English, to interact effectively with international clients and stakeholders.Foundational knowledge of Finance to support clients with banking, transaction services, trade finance, and commercial financing coordination.Experience in business setup, corporate services, or management consultancy in the UAE is highly preferred.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple client projects, and meet timelines with attention to detail.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Familiarity with UAE business regulations, free zones, and mainland company formation processes is an advantage.
