Business Setup - Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Lead - Service Delivery to oversee end-to-end client service delivery, drive operational excellence, and lead a high-performing team within a fast-paced business setup environment.Key responsibilities:Lead the service delivery team to ensure a consistently positive client experience throughout the service lifecycle.Monitor team performance against KPIs, service standards, operational targets, and turnaround times.Develop, implement, and continuously improve service delivery processes, SOPs, and operational guidelines.Manage and resolve client and operational escalations, ensuring timely follow-up and clear communication.Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution and issue resolution.Analyse client feedback, service trends, and operational data to identify gaps and implement improvement initiatives.Ensure effective use of ERP, Zoho, and other operational systems to support service delivery.Provide regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in operations, client servicing, client experience, or service delivery.At least 2-3 years of team-leadership or supervisory experience.Experience within business setup, company formation, corporate services, or free zones is highly preferred.Strong understanding of complex corporate structures and free zone operating models.Hands-on exposure to ERP, Zoho, and operational transaction-management platforms.Strong analytical ability, with experience using operational and client data to improve performance.Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and escalation-management skills.Fluent English; an additional language is an advantage.If you have the relevant experience and are interested in exploring this opportunity, please apply through the advert.
