Business Solutions Manager

My Dublin City Centre based client is recruiting for a Business Solutions Manager to join a growing team this role requires 2 days per week onsite.Role OverviewThe Business Solutions Manager leads technology-enabled business change, improving applications, processes and digital capability to deliver measurable business value.The role manages a portfolio of technology and transformation initiatives, translating business requirements into practical solutions while providing leadership across delivery, resources, stakeholders and team development.Key ResponsibilitiesLead digital transformation, business improvement and technology initiatives aligned with organisational priorities.Deliver complex technology and business-change projects within agreed scope, timelines, budgets and quality standards.Identify opportunities to improve business processes, applications, integrations, data and digital capability.Manage project priorities, governance, risks, dependencies, resources and capacity.Provide oversight of business applications, systems and technology solutions.Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, operational teams, technical specialists and external partners.Manage third-party suppliers, contracts and service delivery.Ensure technology investment and change initiatives deliver measurable benefits and value.Lead, manage and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team.Support budget planning, business cases, investment decisions and resource planning.Skills & Experience5+ years' senior-level experience in technology, digital transformation, business solutions or a related field.Proven delivery of complex technology, transformation and business-change projects or programmes.Strong experience in business applications, business analysis and process improvement.Strong project/programme management, governance and risk-management capability.Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation and influencing skills.Proven experience leading and developing multidisciplinary teams.Experience managing third-party suppliers and technology partners.Budget management and business-case development experience.Ability to translate business strategy and requirements into practical technology solutions.Strong commercial judgement with the ability to operate effectively at senior-management level.QualificationsRelevant third-level qualification in technology, computing, engineering, science, business or a related discipline.Experience in a regulated, public-sector, healthcare, scientific or similarly complex environment is advantageous.Procurement experience and additional professional or postgraduate qualifications are desirable.For more details please get in touch.
