We’re building a deep-tech startup focused on quantum communications and security.We’re looking for a commercially minded co-founder to join the founding team and help turn our technology into a company.This is a genuine co-founder opportunity. We’re looking for someone who wants to build from the ground up and take ownership across business strategy, fundraising, partnerships, and commercialization.What you’ll work onShape the company’s business strategy and commercial directionIdentify and validate target markets, customers, and use casesDevelop relationships with potential customers, technology partners, research institutions, and industry stakeholdersLead business development and early commercial discussionsDevelop our go-to-market strategyHelp build the company's fundraising strategy and engage with investorsWork closely with the technical co-founders to translate technology into business opportunitiesHelp shape partnerships, grants, strategic collaborations, and future hiringRepresent the company externally as we move out of stealthYour backgroundWe’re interested in someone with experience in two or more of:Deep-tech or technology startupsQuantum technology, cybersecurity, telecommunications, photonics, or adjacent industriesBusiness development and strategic partnershipsB2B enterprise salesVenture fundraisingGo-to-market strategyWorking with governments, research institutions, telecom operators, or large technology companiesYou can understand complex technology, identify where it creates real-world value, communicate that value clearly, and turn relationships into opportunities.Experience in the quantum communications, cybersecurity, telecom, defense, or critical-infrastructure sectors would be particularly relevant.The opportunityWe’re at an early stage and operating in stealth mode.Compensation will be equity-based, with the structure to be discussed openly based on the individual's experience, commitment, and role as a co-founder.You will have the opportunity to become a core member of the founding team, help define the company's direction, and have meaningful ownership from the beginning.
