Business Strategy Analyst

If you are open to exciting opportunities, please share your profile or reach out to discuss.Experience: 2 to 4 yrsYour responsibilities will include: Independently managing large projects and programs, organization design, operational excellence and transformation projects in areas such as: performance improvement, cost-optimization, cultural changes, business transformationsCollaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to drive key business decisionsHelp drive the central annual planning process which includes distribution of goals and KPIs, budgeting and ongoing forecasting processesContribute to business insight and decision-making and strategic planning, translation of the strategic plan into the annual plan and hands-on execution of specific projectsHelp scale services and tools – design processes and procedures that scale with the business’ growth in volume, complexity, and global geographic dispersion.Managing stakeholders, ensuring timely and qualitative communication, facilitating workshops and client sessions. Managing client relationships and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunitiesTrack and analyze industry and technology developments to uncover trends and insights that can influence the businessContribute to the positioning and branding of the business unit by utilizing appropriate strategies and engaging with relevant internal and external stakeholders.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:-MBA (Strategy, Marketing, Operations specialization would be a plus) with engineering background is preferred2 - 4 years relevant experience in Business Operations, Business Development, R&D, Services in Automotive or related domainStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior managementExhibits sound business judgment, a proven ability to influence others, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analyses, and influencing resultsAble to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organizationAble to create a vision and organization that can scale quicklyPREFERRED SKILLS:-Experience working in Strategy, Operations or Consulting within a high-growth company is a plusStrong understanding & know how of basic Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau and Power BI will be a plus
