Business Strategy Analyst

We are looking for a Strategy & Business Transformation Analyst with up to 5 years of experience.Key experience:• Strategy implementation and business planning• Supporting governance frameworks and operating models• PMO and project management support• Developing SOPs, policies and RACI matrices• KPI tracking and performance reporting• Process improvement and operational efficiency• Supporting digital transformation and automation initiatives• Data analysis and management reporting• Stakeholder coordination and workshop supportThe ideal candidate should be analytical, structured, and able to translate business requirements into clear processes, KPIs, action plans and management reports.Experience: 3 -5 years
