We are building the future of food delivery — combining cutting-edge technology, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to customer experience.The RoleThe Strategy & Operations team is responsible for driving operational performance and strategic decision-making across Business, Consumer, and Delivery functions.In this role, you will monitor business indicators, identify improvement opportunities, and translate data into actionable strategies that support sustainable growth. Working closely with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Commercial stakeholders, you will help shape the direction of key business initiatives and ensure alignment with company objectives.What You'll DoMonitor operational KPIs across business pillars, including merchant activation, customer retention, delivery SLAs, and cost efficiency, to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.Develop dashboards, performance reports, and business analyses that provide leadership with clear visibility into operational health.Analyze customer, merchant, rider, and operational data to identify performance gaps and recommend actions that improve efficiency and business results.Partner with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and track execution progress against business objectives.Collaborate with Operations, Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to drive continuous improvement and support business growth.What We're Looking ForExperience in Business Strategy, Performance Management, Business Intelligence, or Strategy Operations.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, dashboards, and data visualization tools.Experience defining and monitoring operational KPIs and business performance metrics.Ability to transform data into actionable business recommendations.Data-driven professional with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.Curious and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve business performance.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.Strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.Advanced English proficiency.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.Availability to work on-site in São Paulo.Preferred QualificationsExperience in technology, marketplaces, logistics, or food delivery companies.Certifications in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, SQL, or Project Management.Mandarin proficiency is a plus.What We OfferInternational and collaborative work environment.High ownership and autonomy.Opportunity to work on complex business challenges at scale.Career growth in one of the world's leading technology companies.Competitive compensation and benefits package.BenefitsMeal and food allowance (Caju Card)Transportation allowanceHealth and dental insuranceLife insuranceChildcare assistanceHow to ApplyIf you're excited about this opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
