If you have a proven background in Asset Management and thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on client document integrity and process efficiency, we want to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:RFP & Questionnaire Management: Lead or support the end-to-end RFP (Request for Proposal) and consultant questionnaire response process, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time.Investment Expertise: Apply a solid understanding of investment products and services (equities, fixed income, issuer communications) to accurately articulate the firm's capabilities in client-facing documents.Quality Control: Serve as a peer reviewer and proofreader for complex client documents, ensuring impeccable accuracy in grammar, spelling, consistency, and adherence to firm standards.Business Acumen: Maintain a deep understanding of the investment business, including aspects of Fintech and the firm's product suite.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work both independently and collaboratively with various teams on large client requests, managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.Technology Utilization: Operate proficiently across all Microsoft applications and be comfortable engaging with modern automation tools in the client environment (e.g., RPA, Power Automation, Automation Anywhere).Required Qualifications:Experience: 6+ years of relevant professional experience.Domain Expertise: Must have experience in the Asset Management field.Education: BA/BS degree (preferably in business or economics) or equivalent experience.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft applications.Soft Skills: Proven strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in the RFP process.📍 Location Options:PuneMumbaiChennaiBangaloreHyderabad
