You will assist with documentation, data management, reporting, project and cross-departmental coordination while supporting the smooth execution of administrative processes for the executive office. Working closely with the executive office, you will help optimize the General Manager’s time, maintain accurate records, organize information, and ensure tasks and communications are completed in a timely and professional manner.Key Areas of Responsibilities:Please note that the responsibilities outlined below are not exhaustive. As Business Support Coordinator, you will be expected to:Provide day-to-day administrative support to the General Manager and department leaders, ensuring the efficient operation of the office.Assist in the preparation, compilation, and distribution of operational, financial, and performance reports.Track and follow up on action items from leadership meetings, maintaining accurate records and supporting timely completion.Prepare and format correspondence, presentations, meeting agendas, minutes, and other business documentation.Maintain organized filing systems, records, and databases, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and handled confidentially.Coordinate meeting schedules, calendars, and logistics, including room bookings, invitations, and meeting materials.Support resort-wide communications by distributing notices, updates, and other internal communications as required.Assist with administrative procurement activities, including raising purchase requisitions, tracking approvals, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining contract and purchase records.Support cross-functional coordination by liaising with departments to gather information, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks.Perform other administrative and coordination duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the resort.Key QualificationsEducation and ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Office Administration, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, executive assistant, or business support role, preferably within hospitality, luxury hotels, or a fast-paced service environment.Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook), ClaudeExperience with hospitality systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or other procurement and business management systems is an advantage.Strong attention to detail and accuracy when preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across multiple departments.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.Professional appearance and a service-oriented mindset aligned with luxury hospitality standards.Preferred Qualifications Fluency in English required; additional languages considered an advantage.Prior experience in remote, island, or ultra-luxury resort environments is a plus.In Return, What We OfferExciting opportunities for personal and professional development at all levels, featuring targeted development programs aimed at equipping you for your next career move.Competitive compensation package.Access to exclusive perks, complimentary nights, and benefits within Red Sea Global Hospitality.Health Insurance coverage whilst in service.A supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and collaboration.Employee Recognition Programmes.Accessibility and AdjustmentsWe welcome all applicants and are keen to ensure our employees reflect the diversity of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the communities we serve.
