Business Support Executive - Trilingual

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly capable Trilingual Business Support Executive to support our Indonesia market. This role plays a critical part in facilitating communication, documentation, and operational coordination across internal teams, customers, and regional stakeholders in Indonesia, Malaysia, and China.The ideal candidate is fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a cross-cultural, regional environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslation & InterpretationTranslate business documents, presentations, emails, and reports between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa IndonesiaProvide real-time interpretation during meetings, calls, and discussions with internal teams, partners, and customersEnsure accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness in all communicationsOperational & Business SupportSupport daily operations related to marketing, business development, and customer serviceAssist in coordinating activities and communications between Indonesia and overseas teams (Malaysia & China)Prepare meeting summaries, action items, and follow-ups in multiple languagesSupport onboarding and communication with Indonesia-based customers or partnersOffice administration, including leave and attendance tracking, reporting, and records managementCross-Functional CoordinationAct as a communication bridge between regional stakeholdersAssist in tracking operational progress, timelines, and deliverablesHandle ad-hoc operational tasks as required to support business growth in IndonesiaRequirementsFluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia, and Mandarin(HSK Level 5, 6 or equivalent proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is required)Strong verbal and written communication skillsExperience in translation, operations, customer support, or regional coordination is an advantageAbility to work with stakeholders across different cultures and time zonesHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential informationComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentWhat We OfferExposure to regional and cross-border operations (Indonesia, Malaysia, China)Opportunity to work closely with overseas colleagues and senior stakeholdersCareer development opportunities in operations, regional coordination, or business support functionsCompetitive compensation based on experience and language proficiency
