About Us:20 years on the Romanian IT market and still growing.Part of the HN Services Group, with offices in France, Spain, Portugal, and Luxembourg, HN Services Romania is about building real careers, not just filling roles.What you’ll find here:Digital transformation projects with real impactA wide range of technical roles across modern and legacy technologies (yes, COBOL is still very much alive)Exposure to diverse industries and international environmentsContinuous growth through our in-house software development training center (HN Training Institute)💡We are looking for a Business System Analyst (Middle-Senior) to join our team!What we're looking for?Must have:3+ years of experience in Business & Systems AnalysisBachelor’s degree or higher.At least average-level skills in one SQL flavor (T-SQL/PL-SQL/DB2 SQL, etc.) or NoSQL (e.g., ElasticSearch, Redis)Proven experience with systems integration, including hands-on work designing, implementing, and testing API integrationsPrevious experience with complex Digital projects (medium term) is mandatoryDemonstrated ability to work with API design (REST, SOAP, etc.), implement end-to-end connectivity between heterogeneous systems, and use tools for API management and monitoringStrong skills with visual modeling techniques (e.g., UML, ER diagrams, flowcharts), particularly as applied to integration architectures and data flowsExperience documenting complex application flows using sequence diagrams, integration diagrams, and data flow diagramsExperience defining functional and non-functional requirements, interface specifications, and data mappingsKnowledge of messaging and event-driven integrations (Kafka, MQ, RabbitMQ or similar)Hands-on experience with API tools such as Postman, Swagger/OpenAPI, and SoapUIKnowledge of XML and JSON data structuresNice to have:Ability to perform impact analysis, identify risks, and provide solution recommendationsUnderstanding of microservices architectureProven ability to leverage AI technologies for analysis, content generation, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.Good command of English*Only eligible candidates will be contacted for further information and start of the recruitment process.
