Business Systems Specialist – Salesforce

Location: DubaiWorking arrangement: Full-time, on-siteAbout the RoleOur client is a Dubai-based corporate services and regulatory consultancy supporting international clients with UAE market entry, company formation, regulatory licensing, tax, accounting and ongoing corporate administration.They are looking for a Business Systems Specialist – Salesforce to take ownership of the internal systems and processes that support the continued growth of the business.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys improving how a business operates, not just administering software.

Salesforce will be at the centre of the systems environment, and a key part of the role will be developing, improving and maintaining Salesforce so that it connects effectively with finance, pricing, client onboarding and operational processes.The goal is to make internal processes clearer, more automated and better controlled, ensuring information is entered once, reporting is reliable, and teams are not dependent on manual follow-ups to get work done.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and develop the Salesforce environment, including data structure, flows, permissions, reports and dashboards.Improve and automate workflows across client onboarding, engagement setup, invoicing, renewals and internal reporting.Support the integration of Salesforce with QuickBooks and other finance, pricing or operational systems.Maintain the service and pricing catalogue as a reliable source of information for proposals, billing and management reporting.Improve data quality and support data migration, clean-up and system updates where required.Produce and improve management reporting across pipeline, work in progress, receivables, renewals and operational KPIs.Document key systems, workflows and processes in a clear and practical way.Train colleagues and support adoption of new systems and processes.Coordinate with external IT providers and manage day-to-day IT requirements.Oversee software licences, user access and technology spend.Support access control, business continuity and technology-related data protection requirements.Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and continuously improve internal operations.Requirements4–8 years of experience in business systems, CRM, IT operations, business operations or a similar role.Strong hands-on Salesforce experience.Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.Experience building Salesforce flows, modifying data models, managing permissions and creating useful reports and dashboards.Experience integrating CRM systems with accounting or ERP platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho or NetSuite.Strong understanding of business processes and how systems should support them.Experience with data migration, data clean-up and imperfect legacy data.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to document processes clearly and simply.Experience working with or managing outsourced IT providers.Confidence working directly with senior management and different departments across the business.Experience within professional services, corporate services, financial services, legal, accounting or consulting would be particularly useful.Ideal ProfileThis role would suit someone practical, organised and comfortable taking ownership.
