About the RoleGIGABYTE USA is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to support the integration of customer systems, business applications, and internal ERP platforms.This role will focus on system integrations, data management, business process automation, and operational support. The successful candidate will work closely with North American customers, internal stakeholders, and GIGABYTE's Taiwan headquarters to ensure accurate data exchange, efficient business processes, and scalable system solutions.This position is ideal for professionals with experience in application integration, database management, and business systems support who enjoy solving business challenges through technology.Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Systems IntegrationSupport integrations between customer systems, EDI platforms, APIs, and GIGABYTE's internal business applications and ERP systems.Assist with customer onboarding, system implementation, and data integration projects.Coordinate technical requirements with customers, third-party vendors, and internal teams.API & Data IntegrationDevelop, maintain, and troubleshoot API-based integrations between business systems.Support data exchange processes involving orders, inventory, shipments, pricing, and invoicing.Monitor integration processes and resolve data-related issues.Development & Process AutomationDevelop and maintain automation tools using Python or C#.Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation and process optimization.Support scheduled jobs and automated data processing solutions.Database Management & ReportingDevelop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, reports, and stored procedures.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across business systems.Support reporting and business intelligence initiatives through effective data management.System Support & Continuous ImprovementTroubleshoot business system, integration, and data-related issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities.Participate in digital transformation and enterprise system enhancement projects.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Sales, Operations, Product Management, Logistics, Accounting, and IT teams.Work closely with GIGABYTE Taiwan headquarters on system integration and process improvement initiatives.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of professional experience in business systems, application support, systems integration, data management, or related technical roles.Experience developing or supporting business applications using Python or C#.Minimum 3 years of SQL database experience, including query development, data analysis, and database maintenance.Experience working with APIs and system integrations.Strong understanding of relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or equivalent.Experience with data mapping, validation, troubleshooting, and business process automation.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced business environment.Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.Ability to collaborate effectively with North American customers and Taiwan-based teams.Ability to work onsite at the City of Industry office.Preferred QualificationsExperience with EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, AS2, or related B2B communication technologies.Experience supporting ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, DingXin, or similar platforms.Experience in supply chain, distribution, retail, consumer electronics, or manufacturing environments.Familiarity with cloud technologies and enterprise integration platforms.Experience working with international teams and cross-regional projects.About UsGigabyte is an international manufacturer and distributor of computer hardware products including motherboards, graphic cards, laptops, PC desktops, and more.
