You'll join a collaborative applications team working closely with business stakeholders to improve systems, data, and operational efficiency.THE ROLETake ownership of business applications and help drive digital transformation across the business:Support and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365, Acumatica, and other core business applicationsPlay a key role in the ongoing Dynamics 365 rollout and future system enhancementsTroubleshoot application and data issues, performing root cause analysis using SQLBuild and maintain reports using Power BI while supporting ad hoc business reporting requestsGather business requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and AICreate and maintain SOPs, user guides, and system documentationPartner with external vendors on integrations, upgrades, and application supportDeliver system implementations, upgrades, and migrations across multiple business unitsCollaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multi-site environmentYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCEExperience supporting business applications or enterprise systemsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM experienceStrong SQL skills, including troubleshooting and data analysisExperience with Power BI or similar reporting toolsKnowledge of business process improvement and requirements gatheringComfortable managing vendors and working with business stakeholdersExperience delivering application implementations, upgrades, or migrationsAcumatica experience is a plusSnowflake experience is desirableExposure to Agile, DevOps, or Waterfall delivery methodologies is beneficialHOW TO APPLYPlease register your interest by sending your resume to Calum Reid via the apply link on this page.
