You'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements, improve processes and support the ongoing development and rollout of D365 F&O across an international, multi-site environment.With a major go-live approaching, this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to both the technology and the business and wants to play an active role across the full solution lifecycle.The RoleProviding hands-on functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, particularly across Operations / Supply Chain ManagementGathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into practical functional solutionsWorking with stakeholders to understand existing processes, identify pain points and drive process improvementsSupporting D365 configuration, workflows, security, user administration and functional troubleshootingInvestigating incidents and system issues, identifying root causes and coordinating resolutionsSupporting integrations, batch processes, data interfaces and data managementPlanning and supporting UAT, regression and validation testing, including test scripts, defect management and stakeholder sign-offSupporting change, release and environment management throughout the application lifecycleUsing Azure DevOps to manage requirements, changes, defects and delivery activitiesCreating process documentation, user guides and training materials and delivering training to end usersWorking closely with implementation partners, software vendors and internal stakeholdersSupporting ongoing ERP implementations, integrations and wider business transformation initiativesSupporting master data and data-quality improvements, alongside reporting and analysis using tools such as Power BI, Excel or SQLWhat we're looking forStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsGood functional knowledge of D365 Supply Chain Management / OperationsExperience supporting D365 during both implementation and BAUA background spanning business analysis, application support or systems / ERP deliveryExperience gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional outcomesStrong experience with testing, including UAT and regression testingExperience with Azure DevOps and an understanding of release / application lifecycle managementConfidence working directly with business stakeholders as well as technical teams and external implementation partnersStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex functional and operational issuesA pragmatic, hands-on approach and the ability to take ownership of issues through to resolutionKnowledge of D365 workflows, security administration, LCS, DMF, integrations and batch processing would be particularly useful. Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, SQL or other ERP platforms would also be advantageous.The opportunityThis role offers plenty of variety and visibility. You'll be joining during an important period of systems transformation, with the opportunity to influence how D365 is used across the organisation and work with stakeholders across multiple functions, sites and countries.The position is based in London, with an expectation of being onsite at least two days per week.
