Business Systems Analyst - Finance/Banking

Required Qualifications to be Successful in this Role:7+ years in business systems analysis; 3+ years in embedded finance, BaaS, open banking, or fintech platform delivery.Strong understanding of embedded finance products - embedded payments (ACH, RTP, card), embedded accounts, embedded lending, and BaaS infrastructure.Hands-on experience writing and reviewing REST API specifications, JSON payloads, and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation.Working knowledge of BSA/AML compliance for fintech/BaaS platforms - KYC/KYB, CDD, transaction monitoring, OFAC screening.Experience delivering in Agile/SAFe environments; proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.Ability to engage both technical (engineering) and non-technical (product, compliance, client) stakeholders.
