Business Technology Lead

An establishedand highly successful Northern Ireland business is seeking a Business Technology Lead to drive digital.transformation across multiple business functions and help shape the next phase.of its growth.This is a newlycreated role offering a unique opportunity to work directly with seniorleadership, including the Managing Director, Finance Director and TechnologyDirector, to identify opportunities for improvement, modernise processes andmaximise the value of technology across the organisation.Initially, yourfocus will be on delivering tangible business improvements across 5-6 keyfunctions. Over time, the role is expected to evolve into a broader technologyleadership position, providing significant scope to influence strategy, buildcapability and shape the future direction of technology within the business.The OpportunityYou will act asthe bridge between business operations and technology, working closely withdepartmental leaders to understand challenges, identify opportunities anddeliver transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, customer experienceand commercial outcomes.Rather thanbuilding technology solutions yourself, you will focus on setting priorities,coordinating stakeholders, managing delivery partners and ensuring investmentsgenerate measurable business value. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.You will work with senior leaders to identify where technology can remove friction, improve efficiency and support future growth, then drive some initiatives through to delivery.
