WE ARE HIRING – BUSINESS TRAINING MANAGERJob Role: Business Training Manager Department: Training AcademySubsidiary: Honeytreat Trade Academy (HTA) Location: Lagos, NigeriaEmployment Type: Full-TimeHoneytreat Trade Academy is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Business Training Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of all training programmes across the Academy.The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality training delivery, relevant and effective curricula, trainer performance, trainee learning outcomes and compliance with applicable accreditation standards.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Lead, plan and manage training programmes, courses and academic delivery across the Academy.• Develop, review and update curricula, lesson plans and learning materials in line with industry, market and certification standards.• Supervise and evaluate trainers, facilitators and instructors to ensure effective teaching and quality classroom delivery.• Plan and monitor training timetables, course schedules and session delivery.• Monitor trainee attendance, participation, assessments, course completion and learning outcomes.• Ensure compliance with applicable accreditation, academic and company standards.• Identify training gaps and introduce new courses and programme improvements based on market demand and feedback.• Coordinate trainer onboarding, training and performance reviews in collaboration with HR.• Support trainee success, certification completion and employability outcomes.• Prepare and submit accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual training and academic reports to management.• Ensure proper approval and accountability for training-related operational expenditures in line with company policies.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Vocational/Technical Education or a related field.• Professional certification in management, TVET administration or a relevant trade will be an added advantage.• Proven experience in vocational training, skills development, education management or a related field, preferably within a training centre or TVET institution.• Knowledge of Nigerian TVET regulations, including NBTE and NSQF frameworks.• Strong experience in curriculum and programme development, trainer management and quality assurance.If you are passionate about vocational education, skills development and building high-quality training programmes that produce competent and employable trainees, we would love to hear from you.HOW TO APPLYInterested and qualified candidates should complete the application form using the link below:https://forms.gle/NCURTeukTYA2Zt8v7Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Join Honeytreat Trade Academy and help us build a world-class training environment that equips individuals with practical skills for sustainable careers.#WeAreHiring #BusinessTrainingManager #TrainingManager #TVET #VocationalTraining #SkillsDevelopment #EducationJobs #TrainingAcademy #LagosJobs #NigeriaJobs #HoneyTreatTradeAcademy #HTA
