Business Transformation Analyst

The Business Transformation Analyst leads the design, implementation, and monitoring of process improvement, quality, and performance management initiatives across the organization. The role drives operational efficiency, standardizes best practices, and enables data-driven decision making to support the organization's continuous improvement agenda, while providing guidance to junior team members and acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders on business excellence matters. Process Improvement & Quality Management Lead the identification, analysis, and documentation of business processes across functions. Conduct root cause analysis for operational issues, with minimal supervision, and drive corrective/preventive actions to closure. Drive Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives aimed at eliminating waste and improving efficiency. Own KPI tracking and reporting, including preparation of dashboards and insights for senior management review. Project & Initiative Support Lead the planning, coordination, and tracking of business excellence projects across departments. Own change management activities related to new processes, tools, or systems. Coordinate with and influence cross-functional and senior stakeholders to ensure timely execution of improvement initiatives. Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status trackers. Mentor and guide junior analysts on process improvement tools, techniques, and best practices.
