Business Transformation Consultant

Great transformation projects start with people who can see beyond processes.We are looking for a Senior Consultant – Business Transformation to join a leading organization in Dubai and help clients identify operational challenges, redesign processes, and deliver measurable business improvements.What you will do:• Lead end-to-end business transformation initiatives from diagnosis to implementation• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities• Design scalable processes, controls, KPIs, and governance frameworks• Support ERP implementation, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives• Build business dashboards and insights using Power BI and advanced analytics• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and changeIdeal candidate profile:• Engineering background (Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical & Electronics / Automobile) with MBA preferred based on experience• Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, EPC Contracting, or FMCG environments• Strong understanding of sales, procurement, planning, inventory, operations, delivery, and finance processes• Hands-on ERP experience with Power BI and advanced Excel skills• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management capabilities• Experience managing cross-functional teamsCompensation & Benefits:Salary: AED 8,000 – AED 10,000 per monthPerformance bonus up to 20% of annual salaryHealth insurance, gym allowance, annual air ticket allowance, and project deputation benefitsIf you have experience driving business transformation and operational excellence initiatives, we would like to hear from you.#Hiring #BusinessTransformation #TransformationConsulting #ManagementConsulting #DigitalTransformation #ProcessImprovement #ERP #PowerBI #SupplyChain #ManufacturingJobs #ConsultingJobs #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #GCCJobs #TalentAcquisition #Finstorm #HLBHAMT
