Key Responsibilities1. Shape Future Business DirectionDevelop a deep understanding of supply chain businesses, customers, operating models, and market dynamics.Build a direct understanding of customer needs and challenges through customer engagement, continuous learning, and gemba (onsite experience).Identify future opportunities and challenges arising from changing customer requirements, industry trends, and emerging technologies.Define future business concepts, operating models, and strategic initiatives that create sustainable competitive advantages and meaningful customer value.2. Lead Human × AI Business TransformationPlay a leading role in the development of an AI-enabled Supply Chain Control Tower.Define how people, business processes, data, and AI can work together to improve decision-making, productivity, risk management, and customer value.Work with business leaders, operational teams, and technology specialists to transform ideas into business capabilities.3. Connect Vision with RealityBalance high-level strategic thinking with detailed understanding of business and operational realities.Challenge existing assumptions and identify opportunities for breakthrough improvements.Translate business vision into executable initiatives and measurable outcomes.4. Drive Strategic InitiativesEvaluate business models, profitability drivers, customer value propositions, and strategic trade-offs to strengthen long-term competitiveness.Develop business cases and recommendations for management.Lead cross-functional initiatives that improve business performance and competitiveness.Assess business performance and identify opportunities for sustainable growth, profitability, and value creation.5.
