Business Transformation Manager - Emiratization

Location: DubaiNationality: Emirati onlyWe are seeking an experienced Business Transformation Manager / PMO professional to support a large-scale transformation programme within the TMO.Key Responsibilities:Lead PMO/TMO activities across multiple transformation workstreams.Manage integrated programme planning, cross-functional dependencies and governance.Prepare stakeholder reporting and executive packs for senior leadership.Oversee vendor milestones, payments and financial governance.Drive benefits realisation and ensure transformation activities remain on track.Requirements:Strong experience in PMO, TMO, project or programme management.Consulting or large-scale transformation experience preferred.Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills.Real estate experience advantageous.SAP or Salesforce exposure beneficial but not essential.
