Business Transformation Officer

The RoleWe are looking for a Business Transformation Officer who combines structured thinking with excellent communication and a passion for improving how businesses work.This role is for someone who enjoys creating professional proposals, developing clear business content, improving internal systems, and using AI and digital tools to simplify processes and increase efficiency.You will work closely with Trublu's leadership and technical teams, supporting business development, proposal preparation, internal systems, and company-wide transformation initiatives.
