Business Unit Director

Kinetic is in partnership with a leading multinational pharmaceutical company who's looking to hire an experienced Business Unit Director. The role will be responsible for driving sustainable business growth, maximizing the value of current and future assets, and delivering successful product launches across the region.

Develop and execute the business strategy across the Gulf marketDrive P&L performance, business growth, and commercial excellenceTranslate market trends, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and evolving treatment landscapes into actionable strategiesLead and integrate sales and marketing strategiesDrive successful product launches and lifecycle managementLead cross-functional collaboration and external stakeholder engagementBuild, lead, and inspire a high-performing and diverse team

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferredSignificant senior-level commercial leadership experience within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industryExtensive oncology experience is essentialStrong scientific understanding of oncology, including disease biology, treatment paradigms, clinical data, and evolving treatment landscapesProven P&L ownership and commercial leadership experienceStrong understanding of Gulf healthcare systems, market access dynamics, payer environments, and regulatory frameworks
