About Naqa Iron Naqa Iron for Engineering Products is a Saudi industrial workshop in Yanbu Industrial City. We machine, repair and remake parts for the plants around us: CNC and conventional machining, pump and gearbox repair, dynamic balancing, motor rewinding, and reverse engineering of obsolete parts. Our promise to Yanbu’s plants is simple: fast turnaround from a workshop ten minutes from their gate, instead of sending parts to Jeddah or Dammam.Why this role matters Yanbu is one of the Kingdom’s main industrial hubs. Refineries, petrochemical plants, desalination and power plants, cement, steel and port operations all sit within a short drive of our workshop. Their maintenance teams need a local workshop they can rely on for breakdowns and shutdowns. Your job is to make our Machining & Mechanical Services division that workshop.What you will doVisit plants in Yanbu Industrial City every week and build strong relationships with maintenance, reliability and procurement teamsScope jobs on site (shafts, impellers, pump and gearbox overhauls, spare parts made to drawing or sample), price them and turn RFQs into POsPlan ahead for each plant’s shutdown and turnaround season, and work with turbine and shutdown contractors, so our workshop is booked before the season startsGet Naqa registered and qualified as a vendor with the major operators and utilities in the region, together with our account managerPrice every job on the workshop’s hours and materials estimate, and confirm capacity before promising a delivery dateOwn the division’s profit and loss: revenue, margin per job and per client, and on-time delivery, and fix whatever eats margin (underpricing, hour overruns, rework, late payments)Build the next offers: CNC production of repeat spares, reverse engineering of obsolete parts, and pump and gearbox overhaul packagesExpand the division from Yanbu to Rabigh, Madinah, KAEC and Umluj as it growsWhat you bringBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering10+ years in Saudi Arabia in machining, rotating-equipment repair or mechanical workshop services, including at least 5 years in a business or service-centre management roleExperience working with plant maintenance teams in the Western Region; contacts in Yanbu Industrial City are a strong advantageKnowledge of vendor registration and pre-qualification with Aramco, SABIC affiliates, Marafiq or water and power utilities, and of local-content programmes such as IKTVAAble to read a drawing, scope a job at the client’s site and price itAble to read a P&L and protect margins; ERP/CRM experience (Odoo is a plus)Fluent Arabic and EnglishValid Saudi driving licence; living in Yanbu or ready to relocateWhy join usBuild a growing division in Yanbu from an early stage and own its resultsSell a real advantage: a full workshop at the doorstep of Yanbu’s plantsTake part in localizing industrial services in the Kingdom, in line with Vision 2030Competitive package based on experienceHow to apply Apply on LinkedIn with your CV and a short note covering three things: the workshop or business you managed, the plants in the region you served, and the results you delivered.
